Sal Cappi is the Managing Broker for our 345 Atlantic Avenue branch. A born and bred Brooklynite, Sal is a downtown Brooklyn specialist. He currently resides in Carroll Gardens with his wife of 21 years, Veronica and his daughter Victoria. Sal is a full-time, 22 year veteran of the Downtown Real Estate market. He has participated in almost 3,000 closed transactions and over half a billion dollars worth of properties sold. Specializing in high end townhouses and Brownstones as well as co-op/condo development. Sal has been the #1 agent in Downtown Brooklyn for over 20 years. In his spare time Sal is an accomplished musician and volunteers for the Sacred Heart youth program. He also coaches and fundraises for youth Basketball and Softball teams.
