My personality bears very heavily on my passion for servicing my customers. I have always regarded people's well being as an important medium for doing my job successfully. I love people and love life. I grew up in a large family of eleven children, in which I was the first. My dad fell critically ill when I was 13 years of age and I had to take on the main supporting role with my mother. I learnt at a very young age that cultivating and nurturing the right values was critical for my family's survival. I understood my role in helping those around me make a positive difference in their lives regardless of the challenges, while at the same maintaining a sense of pride and humor. I love to share my knowledge, time and expertise with people that I meet on a daily basis.
I do believe in good old fashion virtues and values. I think it is important to be a good listener, as well as to be empathetic and caring when interacting with my customers.
Whenever I have the opportunity to provide a service to someone I undertake the task with the understanding that the quality of the effort that I put into it is the quality of the results I will receive. As a result I look forward to successfully helping families with a quality of service that will ensure and guarantee a high degree of comfort and guidance in making life changing decisions in buying or selling their homes.

Prior to my training in real estate I have been trained in both the private and public sector in education. I received my early years of education in Trinidad, where I obtained my teacher's diploma and my bachelor degree in Social Sciences, and  my administrative training. I then went to Brooklyn College where I obtained my Master of Science in Guidance and Counseling, followed by my Advance Certificate in Counseling. I then went on to Nova Southeastern University, where I obtained my Doctorate Degree in Higher Education and Leadership.

Community Affiliation
My passion for serving the public and my long standing role as an educator and state certified guidance counselor have given me the opportunity to open up my home to families with children failing academically and needing emotional and social and academic support. I provided free services for several years and still do to families in the East Flatbush, Midwood, Carnarsie, and Flatbush area. I do look forward to working with some of these very families in making an equally important decision of buying and selling their homes.

Prior Work Experience
I bring to my real estate role as salesperson at least 25 years of work experience in different roles in the education system, in varying capacities, as a school teacher, a school administrator, a curriculum coordinator, consultant and a guidance counselor. As a result, I am confident that without doubt these skills: teaching, leadership, planning and developing curriculum and counseling, will serve as assets to the quality of service I provide for the families I assist.

In summary I feel privileged and blessed to be able to serve the public in my capacity as a real estate licensed salesperson, engaging in effective communication, active listening, empathy, caring, and last but not least honesty and integrity.
