I have been a Licensed Real Estate Agent for 10 years. I work with either buyers or sellers. Whatever side of the deal I am on I give it my all. Whether it's getting my buyer the best deal. Or getting my sellers the most money. My work ethic has been the same for 40 years. I am relentless. The end result and my goal is to get you to the closing without any drama. On a personal note I am also involved in the Adopt -A- Highway Program. I have a site which is over 50000 Sq.Ft along the Belt Parkway at the Stillwell Ave exit that i maintain. Have grass cut,remove all debris and plant trees and flowers on the site.My site sign is posted along the exit and its in "Memory of Mary Florio" My Mother.
